I come home today and a nice package awaits me in front of the door. mmm, what could it be I ask my self? Then I see the Audi logo on the box and I smile, pick up the box, bring it close to my ear and shake it...
Could it be a gift from Queensway Audi? I open it and behold in front of me a tin box filled with cookies. Not any tin box and not any cookies, but the ones you can buy at a dollar store... (That would be a Canadian dollar store)
And inside the box is also a survey card. I could not say noting about this idiotic gift after buying a 50k car (Canadian), so I let them have it. At least they could have sent an Audi cap or something more classy... I do not recommend going to this dealership simply because they have no class. (the receptionist is cute though...)

I almost made the mistake of buying from Queensway.
I went there twice and got the cold shoulder both times.
The second time, I dealt with a women salesperson, I can't remeber her name. I didn't have my mind made up between a 1.8 and 3.0 L. I asked for a test ride in a 3 L to compare. She insulted by asking me if I knew how much a 3.0 cost. Of course I knew how much it cost. I took my business elsewhere.
The dealer who I bought from treated me with respect from the second I entered their showroom and they gave me nice gifts. About $200 worth.

The stuff I received comes form the salesperson's comission. And the can of cookies was a gift from the dealership. I did not think that the gesture was bad, I was not expecting anything at all.
