I'd rather haggle my deal down to a bare minimum, and spare me any gifts. You do know in the long run, the customer is actually paying for those gifts?

my drivers side passenger door about four inches long.. not exactly the best time for this thread to show up!!!! I'M PISSED!!! Salesman has been great, not too crazy about my first service experience.

have given a subscription to AUDI magazine aswell, that was nice.. wonder how long the subsription is for though....

I didn't get a damn thing. My parents got 2 Audi mugs though (they bought an AR). I think it has to do with the cost of the A4.

Rattle in suspension.
Broken wood trim on dash (although it MAY have been my dealer who was responsible for that).
Either way, my car is now being serviced by a third dealer.
I wanted to buy from Queensway as it is the closest to my home, but the attitude of the management there, which filters down to the sales staff, is beyond arrogant and self-righteous. And they won't do a decent deal money-wise, either.
