2003Quattro1.8T

So i want to install a Symphony 2+ into my 2003 Audi A4 Symphony 2. I have the non Bose setup. Now i know you have to buy an adapter to make this install, but for the life of me i cant find the right harness and antenna adapter. Ive seen tons of RNS-E harness kits that come with the antenna etc but i keep reading that you have to do alot of rewiring of the cables for it to work.

I know there are just straight plug and play harnesses out there that do this without the rewiring. Just wondering if you guys can provide any links or places where i should look for this. I want to do the swap myself as its pretty straight fwd. Just dont want to have to do a bunch of rewiring. Thanks.
