Default question: problem with leatherette seats

hi guys.
i just have a quick question about the warranty that we have on our leatherette seats.
leatherette on my driver seat is kind of loose forming wrinkles in a bubble shape. i went to the dealer once wit this problem and the dealer said it is normal to that kind of wrinkles in the seats. but every time i look at my seat and it really bothers me and i was just wondering if any work could be done to fix my seat under our warranty. btw the wrinkle in my seat isn't small. it is really visible compared to leatherettes on other seats
thanx for you time guys!

Default can you post a pic?

if there is some sort of unusual separation between the "leatherette" and the inner foam, perhaps you have a warranty claim. hard to say without actually seeing the problem.

good luck.

Default follow up question: what if the dealer keep insisting that the condition of leatherette is normal

even though it is not thought by a lot of people?

Default How many miles on the car? If the car is fairly new, probably ...

should look like new. If you have 30,40k miles on the car, you could expect certain wear patterns/wrinkles. try to compare to cars with similar miles. If there is a difference - show the dealer. Audi dealers are notorious for stating things are normal, they all do that, car functionng as per manufacturers specs, unable to duplicate problem at this time etc.

Whenever service-rep says it's normal, be suspicious. Leather will crease/wrinkle, 'ette will not.
