Default Question on steering wheel...
why is it that some A4's come with the 3-spoke steering wheel and some don't? is it a difference in 3.0 and 1.8t? a certain package? any explanation would be appreciated...

The only way to get 4 spoke steering wheel in a 1.8T is to get OnStar.

In 2003 models, the 3.0 with premium package comes with 4 spoke steering.

otherwise it is a 3-spoke wheel? I actually prefer the 3-spoke...

It's more sportier IMO but some people prefer the stereo controls on steering.

The 2002 3.0 came with 3-spoke and Tiptronic buttons (for non-manuals) but only 4-spoke for 2003, I think.
