R Rear and L Rear light warning?

R Rear and L Rear light warning?
Is this a VAG-COM reset kind of thing? I swapped out the Stealth and Hoen rear bulbs for stock. Still have side marker and front Stealths in, but still getting the warning pretty much only when I turn on my lights?
