Does anyone know which side of the car the radio wire and rear window defroster wire plugs/connectors are located?
Also, does anyone know how to pull out the HVAC control module...just in case I need to get back there to make sure everything is plugged in.
I have a feeling my dealership is pulling a case of sabotage on me trying to earn a few quick dollars they don't deserve. I find it strange that the rear window defroster does not work and the radio gained a great deal of static right after I had the dealer replace my ignition coils.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

In order to remove the HVAC unit you need to first remove the radio, then the HVAC, and then you can check the connectors.
BTW, the radio reception is notoriously spotty in these cars. The antenna booster (?) in the rear windshield occasionally craps out. Your poor reception might be from that
