but bring the ride height back to what it was? The reason I ask is that I spent hours Sunday getting my ride height right, got an alignment yesterday, but I have a bit of rubbing in the back as well. If I add spacers but re-adjust my ride height exactly the same, do I need to get the car aligned again? Thanks

I mean if I put the spacers but bring everything back, the camber/toe doesn't change, every suspension component will be in the same configuration as before inserting the spacers. What makes it necessary to get it realigned then? thanks

Vogtlands don't have the problem the others do with back sitting too low. And since the adjustable perch sits on top and not the bottom with Vogtlands, I don't know if the spacer would work (It may; I don't know).
With my Vogtlands pretty much all the way in the "up" position, I'm sitting at almost 25.5". I could've went higher! I would rub due to wide wheels/tires where I sit now under normal circumstances, but the nice thing we have is factory-rolled rear fenders. It's the carpet liner you rub against (unless your wheels are REAL wide), so cut out maybe 2-3" of that POS stuff, and you'll rub no more. I can't see how you'd have problems with the Vogtlands if you do that. They let you adjust so much higher than the other options out there.
This pic was at 25" and I've come up .5" in the back since this pic. Even at 25" I did not rub with 245/35/19 at 34 offset. All due to cutting out some carpet.
