Default It might be made out of tin, but it gets very high safety ratings.

But if I'm in an accident I'd rather be in my Audi than in anything else.

Default you guys need to get over it, our cars are nicer and slower. that's it, if you wanted a true track

car you shouldn't have gotten an a4.

that said, I'm in a car group with a couple of insanely fast japanese cars, including a JDM spec WRX STi, an SR20DET 200SX nissan with a disco potato (just dynoed last weekend at 316 at the wheels), and a silvia with the same engine swap.

I'm definitely slower, and know I'll never be as fast as those guys. But, I can make my car a lot faster than it is now, and still have luxury all around. Those guys can't really make thier cars more luxurious, and they know it and that's why they like my car. it's all about the individual nuances of each car.

Default Compared to the German cars, yep.

The germans do whatever they can to make sure the doors close with a solid *thunk.* Outside of Lexus, Acura, and some Infinity's you don't see too many Japanese cars with that feel.

Default Not Volvo Rs

Further the list is a bit suspect. Some of those times seem to be WAY off from other numbers I've seen (like the big twin turbo Volvos that R&T clocked in the low 6 second range and show in the 7s on the list.) Further, the Volvo Rs are undoubtedly Volvo's fastest factory cars and aren't on the list. The manufacturer claims a 5.4 time for the MT version and depending on how much clutch abuse you can afford there are some owners who have numbers in the 5.1 range in stock configuration (of course there are several aftermarket chips that make the car faster for a relatively cheap cost.)
