Default except they are not true fogs, they are driving lamps, fogs would be amber and low wattage
like what you see on the old mercedes, those really help in the fog

Default Horrible audi design. Most people probably don't even know they're running with it on!
I see people with the rear fog on all the time. Bugs the hell out of me. I can't fault them though, i bet most don't even know the rear fog is on. They just pull out the headlight switch, thinking that puts the front fogs on, but little do they know, they're driving around looking like tools.

Run mine all the time to get people to tell me my lights are out. At least they know I'm there.

Default then they tow your car to the impound lot.
basically, running a rear-fog in most of the USA is an easy way to get pulled over. I really don't know why anyone would turn the damn thing on.
