How do you get the rear subwoofer cover off? I will be using a line output converter from there to my amplifier but cant access it from the trunk. Please post pics if at all possible. Thanks

It has to come off but taking the sub out. There are a couple screws under the deck and a couple on top off the deck. Then you can pull out the sub. However you can get to the wires behind the passeneger side trunk liner also.

and i can just tap the line by the passanger liner with the line converter? (something tells me you didn't use a line converter though)

And you are correct, I tapped into the line level input at the stock amp and ran that to my new amp. However you can tap the sub wire and use a line converter. I'm not sure if one way is better than the other, I just don't like line converters.
