My bumper wasnt heat treated and I also went through a VERY bad Michigan winter with it.
My car is no where near bad. The average eye wont ever comment on it. It just actually looks dusty, and doesnt actually look like stone chips. As I said I went through a horrible winter with salt trucks and all! But then again I try not to follow vehicles too closely on the highway unless Im passing of course
