Default Removing wheels...problems?

I've read on the forum that some people have had trouble removing the wheels for the first time when they, for example, neeed to change a tire. Is this the case? If so, how can I easily remove a tire?

There is a plastic cover on each lugnut. Simply remove the plastic cap using the puller inside the container where the wrench for removing the wheel lugnuts are located. After removing the cap, you will see the lugnuts.

Default from tirerack

NOTE: We suggest removing the wheel and applying a thin coating of "antiseize" around the axle hubs to help prevent rust and permit easier removal when it's time to rotate your tires. Do not apply "antiseize" to the lug hardware or studs.

http://www.tirerack.com/installer/package_install.html

grab a 2x4 and a hammer, place the 2x4 behind the wheel and gently tap on it with the hammer. Then when reinstalling do like what the other guys said and apply lithium grease.
