Default I think those "xenon look" bulbs never put out much light ....

or at least it seems to be that way.

Default Well...

1) let's see if someone responds with a good halogen replacement bulb that doesn't kill your light output

2) depends how much money you want to spend for sure. The best option would be to upgrade the car to xenons (HIDs) but that can get pricey.

Default Hoen perhaps?

They claim that their bulbs actually increase light output(lumens) by 12% to be exact. If that is true, I do not know.

Is there a difference between the bright white and halogen bulbs?

Default To create the bright white effect, tinting or hueing is done to alter the light color...

Hence, any coating/tinting/hueing on any light bulb surface will diminish the light output...
Some manufacturers, bump light output to offset the tinting by increasing wattage but that may cause other problems.

Bright White Halogen bulbs are for purely asthetics.

Anyways, Hoen-Usa.com has good products, IMO.
