Default Repost-Build-sticker to determine type of suspension

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/34015/audibuildsticker.jpg"></center><p>Sorry -screwed up below

I have seen numerous posts asking how to determine for sure if you have sport suspension.I too wasn't sure as I didn't order it as such but was convinced by the tires ride height and ride that it was ss.I found the build sticker under the rear seat on my 2003 Avant 3.0QM.Hope this helps someone.

Default The code for sport suspension...

Is the 1BE if it read 1BA then that would indicate standard suspension,as to all the other codes who knows but maybe someday someone will come up with the answers.

Default but how many people know that though? And honestly, if someone doesn't know if they have sport

suspension than they really should rethink how they invest their money. I'd like to take a loan out from these people, and then tell them I never did it.

Default I second this!

Posting the sticker has no help value at all.....

Posting all the other info, like the codes starting with OY and OJ are your front and rear spring weight codes and can help determining if you can buy someone's OEM 1BE sport suspension to replace your stock 1BA non-sport makes it a valuable thread.

Default but you don't have to rip out the rear seat. . . . .

I have a copy pasted in the cover of the service manual. noticed it the other day when the stealership was doing the 20k service stamp.

Yup, me too! Better dealers move the one from the spare wheel well to the manual...
