Its not likely the coils as they are quite obvious when they go.
However have the ECU checked by your GIAC installer, sometimes a hairline fracture in the solder develops whic prevents the ECU from connecting and there wont necessarily be any fault codes thrown. The installer might need to re-flow the solder accross the pins on the board.

.. in your pic poster that you installed a zender lip as well? Did you have any problems w/ one of the ends raising up a little?
I may not have put enough adhesive on the left side of mine and now it its coming up off the trunk.
Any suggestions for fixing that?
