They seem to be showing up on more A4's on my dealers' lot
I also ordered the hooks and was amazed at the price. Still waiting for the dealer to get them. Was told that they are a crossover from the A6. Don't know if that statement is true.
NUA4.. is the mounting hole you mentioned the square shaped ones?? Was tempted to ask for Audi to pay for them but for $4/pair it wasn't worth the effort.
