Review of Koni FSD/Eibach springs suspension

Last week I had my previous Bilstein sport shocks/OEM sport springs replaced with Koni FSD shocks and Eibach springs. I was unhappy with the Bilsteins and from what I read the Koni FSD shocks seemed to be worth a try. I also had the OEM sports on the middle groove of my Bilsteins, and wanted a slightly lower front end, thus the Eibachs entered the picture.
So far, the initial impression is very good. I drive over some nasty bumps on my way to work, and the Koni's are better at dampening the bumps than the Bilsteins. The Koni's aren't Lincoln Town Car soft, but they are a noticeable improvement over the Bilsteins.
On the twisties, and I haven't done as much here, the body roll is reduced, and I look forward to pushing the car more to see how much change there is. While the Bilsteins were firm, I think the OEM sport springs allowed more roll than the EIbachs.
So far so good.
I have a set of 2002 OEM sport springs available now. :-) 100 + shipping.

and I agree with your statements.
There definately is some roll with those springs. (I also have the S4 rear swaybar and have the fronts on the middle perch)
I thought the combo handled bad bumps well, but I'm a little annoyed at the Bilstein ride on wavy highways, which I drive everyday.
I like the ride height and don't really want to go lower in front, so I think I'm going to eventually get coilovers so I can set the height to my liking.

I installed them about 2 months ago. They did settle a bit. Actually too low for my tastes now. And really not a way to adjust ride height. I'm looking at getting a Stasis Street Sport setup next to try out.
Coilovers will give me some height adjustment options.

fixed. It's still sporty, but better than the Bilsteins. I'm happy. I bundled the change with the timing belt change last week at GMW.
