Real-world all that matters is what hits the road. It would also be very useful to see a stock baseline on this car before any mods on the same dyno. These results would imply that you can expect a 47hp gain at the crank with only an exhaust, plugs, and the "cat relocation kit". This is of course camparing the dyno numbers to published stock numbers...and also depends on the methods used to estimate crank numbers from the dyno.

No, it is brought down to expose the core as much as possible and to increase its efficiency. Here is a pic with the bumper off.
