Default Same issue here....(more)

screw outs actually sheared the heads off of the fasteners....I will eventually remove the entire assembly to try and figure out how to remove what is left of the screws.....in the meantime my cars beeps like every 40 seconds telling me my bulb is out...it must be shorting on and off or something.

What a horrible design!
-One screw to hold an o-ring seal that big?
-Screw is at an odd angle to body panel so you can't get screwdriver in straight (leads to stripped screws)
-Plus, left and right lenses are different part numbers for no reason. They could have easily been designed to be mirror images of each other and had only one part number.

Take it from a design engineer....Audi dropped the ball on this one.
