RS4 Rims on an A4 2005

Hello All,
I called my local Audi dealer and the Parts assistant manager couldn't give me a difinative answer. I found this odd as both specs are clearly understood.
I have the opportunity to purchase Authentic Audi RS4 19 inch Rims for my 2005 A4. I understand that the wheels are deeper (9 inch) and the offset is different too.
But the answer I'm looking for is. Can you pop these wheels on with limited tinkering or is it just better to go buy knock off 19's designed for an A4.
I don't want to have to tinker with suspension, breaks, etc. I understand that I might need to re-calibrate the speedo but I don't want to go poor on this project or wear the car down unnecessarily.
Please advise and thanks all

The actual RS4 wheels at 9.0" ET29 are too agressive for the A4 you'll need substantial fenderwork or some ridiculous tire size like 215s to make them fit.
There are high quality RS4 replicas designed for a perfect fitment on the A4 available, I'd suggest one of those. Here's a promo I saw on another forum

2nd VMR Wheels. I've had my wheels for more than 2 years now, love them and have the best concavity IMO out of all the reps out there.
Living in Boston and the horrible roads here, they've seen their fair share of large pot holes. After 2.5 years, I finally put a small bend in them after hitting a HUGE one. They're very strong wheels.
A few pics I took recently, which show the wheels nicely:
