Rusnak Audi of Pasadena are liars and crooks. I hate them
I've taken my car into this lame dealership over twenty times over the pass 2 years. For numerous amounts of problems. It goes so far that I don't want to even get into it. Way to much typing. I just want to let fellow Audi worlders know not to deal with this dealership. They just want to sell you a car and thats it. Customer service from there on after sucks *****.
Service managers that avoid your phone call and service advisors who can't even speak English well. Bring your car in for serice and they flake on the appointment. My car has issues that are going onto five times trying to fix the same thing. Mechanics can't even fix things the first time. If your thinking on buyinmg a car from Rusnak Audi or just taking it into service don't. You will be sorry you did. I'm getting a lawyer to solve my issues. I give up. I don't want to deal with it anymore, so I got some one who will for me. Very whack indeed. Thanks

I just have to chime in on this one
went there for my 10,000 service and thought everything was mediocre. service wasn't great, but seeing as how it was free i didn't mind. then i got dave from ecodetuning to put in the air filter, bosch plugs, and chip and he noticed some huge problems. screws weren't tight, straps were missing, filter was loose. just a lot of mickey mouse kind of work. i would not have noticed this if dave hadn't informed me. i hate that place, it sucks, and never buy a car from there.

Livermore Audi in CA is the same.. sux...
They're nice guys until you drive off the lot. Then customer service goes down the sh!thole. Don't go there for service or to buy a car. They're crooks. Yeah I know they read these boards and I hope they read it now.
