Default If you're willing to drive
25 miles to keys Audi and see Monte and only Monte I think you'll be much happier. Monte is pleasant and will listen to you. He is the second best advisor I've ever had. The first place honors go to a Luis g. from Robertson Honda in n. Hollywood. Luis would go above and beyond for his costumers and still does.

I reward Monte with excellent reviews, gifts, and more work i.e. recommendations. He's the busiest advisor there with good reason; everybody likes Monte. Monte you rock.

Default I've called Audi corporate office to complain about a dealer before,
They say they have very little control over poor service. Go figure..

My dealership records the mileage when I bring the car in (I guess to prevent that).
