Insurance companies drop you like crazy in NJ, i have NY
insurance but my car is located in NJ, my insurance company wants to do a special investigation on my account bc i have had over 18K in repairs in less than a year.
however none were my fault, and i can't change insurance to NJ for a number of reasons. Theft is rampid in NJ, but parking in a garage helps a lot.

...and then the garage attendant dents your bumper and you need to file insurance again, lol
