S4 and Ultra Sport body kit... are they lower than the regular A4s'?

S4 and Ultra Sport body kit... are they lower than the regular A4s'?
i have the oettinger front... if i get the s4 back will it looks low in the front and high in the back? and how much work is it to get the euro spec bumper to fit?

but i went to the dealer and it seems it not as low as the oettingers.... so the front would looks bigger from the sides... u know what i mean?
