Default Sat in a 2007 G35x

Went down to the Infiniti dealership saturday and checked out the new G35x. Wow that car is gorgeous. The interior has improved dramatically from the previous generation. The panels are still not as soft as Audi but better than the BMW ones.

I love the seats in this car. It wraps around you like a glove and the leather is sooo soft.

So I have a 2003 A4 Fronttrak and my warranty ends this summer but my payments are until 2008. Would you trade in your car for the new G35???

Default I'm getting the G35s next weekend I hope!

The interior is incredible now. The test drive sold me.

See this post ---&gt; <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/1024671.phtml">click here</a>

My test drive opinions are deeper within the thread.

Default Possibly..

I've been staying away from the dealer so I don't tempt myself. The pics and specs are appealing though.

i'm not too thrilled about the exterior, but all the features and specs make me see past that!

Since you have a Frontrak, I would say yes.

Default I was staring at the car in person....

in black I really like the lines a lot. I think the B6 has nicer lines for sure, but I don't dislike the exterior at all.

Default If I was in the market for a new car, the G35 would be up there. I saw one

at our Auto show two weeks ago. I also saw the the Cadillac CTS and it looks amazing. While you couldn't sit in a CTS at the show, we have one in our test garage, so I sat in it before Christmas and it is outstanding. The CTS' powertrains will be the carry over 255hp V6 and then a new direct injection 300hp V6.

I told my father last night he needs to lease a new CTS when his current lease expires in November, and then I'll buy the car when that new lease expires in a couple of years. If so, I"d have to accept an auto, because he won't drive a manual trans at 77 years of age!

Back to the topic, I think the new G35 is outstanding. There are many great new cars available today.

Default X meaning the japanese are trying the AWD market with that car...?

i bet they sell very few, just like BMWs 3 series. i think other than Audi, the common driver doesnt go out of their way to get a 4 wheel drive just cause like in a Benz, BMW, or even a japanese car unless they REALLY need it. Also dont they jack the price way up too on these cars too for this one option?

Default Actually 80% of G35 in Canada are AWD versions

The difference between RWD and AWD is only $1500. What's funny is that they lowered teh AWD version from the previous one by $500.
