I have 03 A4 1.8T QM. About week ago the computer started to display a message which informs me that I should service my car in 900 km or 171 days. My car has 54,000 km and according to maintenance schedule I should service my car at 60,000 km. Should I follow the instruction displayed on my car computer or should I wait until the mileage will be closer to 60,000km? Up to this point all scheduled maintenance were performed earlier, about 5,000 km before the mileage indicated in the manual.
Thank you very much for any advice.

I'd take your car in as indicated, or, do an oil change yourself and take your car in at 60,000 later for another one (what oil have you been using?)

Some might disagree, but if you used Mobile 1 0W-40, or Motul 8100 E-tech 0W-40, or Germany-made Castrol Syntec 0W-30, which are some of the VW503.01 oils, 15000km OCI is okay.
Bottom line: most certainly a good idea to either take your car in 5,000km early, or do a change yourself now if you don't want to take your car in till 60,000km.
