If anyone purchased their A4 from a CT, MA or eastern NY dealer please share your experience and the price you paid.
I live near Hartford, CT and want to deal with a "honest" dealer- one that will find me the car I need without tons of options I don't want (this has been problematic) and give me a fair price (3%-5% over invoice).

I purchased my car there and am very happy with my experience. I did pay a little more than some of the others here ($1,000 under MSRP), but then again, I ordered my car in August. I'm sure you could get a better deal now. At least go in and talk to them and see what they'll do. Ask for a salesman named Brian Fraize. He's a really nice guy and returned all of my phone calls (and there were many) promptly. Tell him Steve N. from Massachusetts sent you. Actually, there is a dealer closer to me in Mass., but they gave me bad service on my first Audi, so I drove down to East Hartford to buy my '02 A4. And I'm glad I did!

3.0 Dolphin - Who was your sales consultant at Clair if you don't mind me asking. I test drove an '02 3.0QAT with a guy named Mike Peterson and he was great. Extremely polite and very informed. I'm going around to a couple other dealerships in the area this week to see what they have to offer but I just have a feeling that I'll end up at Clair in the end.
On a side note how do you like the Dolphin Grey? My guess is that it also doesn't show dirt as much as Black or Blue, but it probably doesn't hide the white road salt like Silver can.
