Service dept. at Niello in Sacramento. Good, fair, or bad?

A tech. who treated me well at Lasher moved to Niello. Overall, service at Lasher has been only fair, except for this guy going the extra mile. Any thoughts?

We brought my wife's New Beetle into Niello for service and they were horrible. Friends of mine with Audis report the same experience.
We take the Beetle to Lasher now, and I plan on taking my A4 to Lasher.

It's Tim. I know another A4 guy who doesn't care for him, but he's been really good to me and he seems to know his stuff. I hear Andrew is really good, too.
My main problem with Lasher has been being bumped when they're too busy. I make my appointments well in advance and it really irks me when I show up and they're too busy to deal with my car.

I actually switched from Lasher to Niello.
Lasher has never been good to me, I bought my car from there too...just wait until you need a loaner or more like a cheapass, rental...
However, Andrew was a cool tech there...he's even offered to service my car for additional mods...He was also "chip" to warranty friendly, know what I mean. I guess the service reps arent all that helpful, I think because they have so much volume. Audi, VW and Dodge

Dear Sac Audi Cats,
Thanks for all the support and positive comments about me and Lasher. We have a smaller Audi service dept than Niello, so repairs may occasionally take a little longer. Your pacientce is appciated. I am a quattro owner and enthusast, I care about your car and your experince when you are in for service. Please remember our efforts when you get a quality check call from AoA.
Happy Motoring,
Andrew, Audi Technical Specialist
