but they igonored my friend and I for almost an hour. That tells me that customer service sucks.

Default I bought my car there, and yah I know the girl you're talking about...
And have nothing but good things to them. Great salesman (Peter Wendell) and good customer service on the various probs I've encountered. Plus yes... there is a rather attractive girl who works there... actually there's about 3 or 4...
