Not sure of the difference between dry/wet as it hasn't rained here a whole lot during the...
last 3 weeks.
Moving to GTA? Sweet. E-mail me when you're here. We need more B6 representation as all we have are the power crazy B5 S4 guys at the local meets :-(

I find them to be much better than the stock pads in the wet. With my old stock ones,
when it was raining outside and I've been driving on the highway for a while without braking...then comes the time for brakes, I hit them and nothing happens for a second or two because they're so wet then it grabs.
I've experienced the HPS in the wet last week and they're much better than stock in the rain. The grab wasn't as quick as if it were in the dry but its expected when your pads and rotors are wet.

believe me...i was torn between 18's and 19's at the time
i decided to take the plunge with the 19's...esp because there was only a $100 ($25 per wheel) difference between the sizes! no regrets though. i'm sure the 18's are better handling when you have a bbk, stickier tires, and a lowered suspension. the 19's have definitely made the ride a bit more sluggish. i don't see how people sport them on 1.8T's.

Roads in Toronto suck and I like driving and not worrying about bending a wheel.
Plus 18" CHs look bigger than they are due to the design so I'm not complaining.

I experienced just the opposite, stock pads bit right away. I do have >
a Brembo BBK on my car, maybe that has something to do with it.
I suppose it takes longer for them to heat up than the stock rotors.
