Should I change the tranny fluid in my car? I think it's supposed to be lifetime fluid in there but

Default Should I change the tranny fluid in my car? I think it's supposed to be lifetime fluid in there but
I wonder if it wouldn't hurt to change it for some MT-90 fluid.
I have 49k miles on the clock, what do you guys think? more harm than good?

I changed MTF in my new Acura at 7500mi, it was nasty.50/50 Redline MTL/MT90 for Audis if gets cold

Default Motul seems to also have a good line of manual transmission fluids
i know its popular with the B5 S4 crowd

After using MT90 in the trans on one of our a4 3.0Q it shifts a heck of alot smoother!

Ditto for Redline MTL in my Acura. It works awesome and the price is right.
