Hey all...

I just brought my 3.0 QMSP in to get the horn replaced. I actually picked up the car two weeks ago and didn't notice that the horn didn't work until a week later...anyway, they had to order a new horn. This morning, as I was bringing it in, the horn worked! What the !*&%$@#! I told the service manager and he said "we'll replace it anyway." What concerns me is that they have to remove the front bumper to get to the horn...I don't like the fact they have to remove something and then put it back...especially if they do it incorrectly. I have a feeling it is more electrical than anything else...but they are going to replace the horn anyway. Should I give the service manager the benefit of the doubt? I also asked them not to wash the car through their auto-wash...last time it put micro-scratches on the paint...we'll see if he listened to me after he said "sure thing" and didn't write anything down. ARRRGH.
