Default Should I get an A6?

There are a few good deals ut here for A6. Too get a B6 A4 its going to cost me about 23k for something around 50,000 mi. I can get similar miles on a a6 for about 19k which is much better considering I wanna add some audio and video.

What does everybody think about the A6? High maintenance?

Default Parents just got an 01 A6 2.7T...thing's smooth as butter

A completely different segment of car though...this is heavier, 'classier,' much more subdued and sleeper than the A4. Compared to my B4 A4 it isn't even comparable...interior much nicer, much more spacious, much more trunk...a huge car all around. Even with suspension upgrades I can never see this thing being as fun as the A4 (i've driven a B6 a4 as well). All depends what you're planning to do with it...

Things to look out for: I guess there's an aluminum suspension bushing that's always known to go and is a PITA to replace...either suspension or some component of the steering assembly...sorry I don't know for sure. However, look around at some car reviews online, and certainly on AW...I'm sure the problems are discussed at length.

Default tough to say...

either makes a good base for a good system, but the a4 handles a little more sharply. on the other hand, the a6 might make a slightly better car for a hifi stereo as it has a little more sound deadening from the factory and also has more room in places like the trunk for stuff
