Should I get the GIAC stage1+ chip or the APR stage1+ chip?

I have APR software (granted with a K04 and not a 1+ setup)
and its awesome, but APR customer service sucks. Email, call, whatever, its absolutely horrible. That being said, APR makes a great product, but in your case, I would go with GIAC
