Default I picked up some sort of dampening spray from Pep Boys...

...you spray it on the backside of your brake pads, the non contact side, and let it dry for a few hours. It would dry into this gel type of surface, when I put it back on my car, the squealing went awa y because the gel absorbed all of the chatter that caused the squealing.

Default so basically...

take off wheel, remove brake pad, spray back, pray?

sounds like work!

Default bah, brake pads are like a 10 minute job.

Just make sure you let it DRY. The gel is EXTREMELY sticky and will get everywhere. Had a hell of a time getting it off my hands the first time. Let it dry.
