Default snub nose mount - vibration issues?

So I just put in the ECS snub nose mount in my 02 1.8t Avant yesterday. At idle she feels like a bad massage chair from the mall. Real rough in the steering wheel. Once we get past 1k rpm, is smooth sailing.

Anyone else have this issue?

I did call ECS and they said to let it break in. Does Polyurethane break in?

Thanks

Did you let the car idle before tightening the 3 bolts on the snub arm and the cup mount?

Default LMAO. where do shops find these excuses.

You just need to get back under the car. loosen the 3 bolts for the cup, and make sure that it is not touching the snub mount and then re-tighten.

Default all over it.

That has to be the issue.

Wish ESC would have had the same instructions as APR does...
