Default 03 or 04 model or do you mean reporting 80K then?

When I had my accident in October '04 we were in the 80's.

Default I would have this year...

but the engine died in December 2004 at 83,500 miles. Traded in for a 2004 A4 1.8T Ultrasport (CPO). =) It's now at 60K.

Default Yes, mostly trouble-free outside the accident.

When we got the car several power seat motors were inop. All replaced under warranty.

Had a cam cover leak shortly after getting it. Also warranty.

Coil packs replaced under recall during 40K service.

Local dealer tried to jerk me around on the free 40K service since we were past that by 1,000 when we brought the car in. A call to AoA fixed that.

I did the brakes (all 4 corners) myself and should have replaced rather than resurface rotors. They make noise now.

The accident got me a timing belt service early on my insurance company's dime so I don't have to worry about that again until around 175K.

Only two worries at this point are the leak at the rear transmission seal and the fact that to me the engine sounds "not as happy" from 1500-3000 RPM as it did back when we bought it. Sounds to me like some slop in the valvetrain but she sounds normal at idle so I'll just continue to worry.

I need to get cracking on a DIY 100K service. Also need to change the Tip's fluid & filter when I fix that seal.
