Default So for anyone who is interested, I logged some measuring blocks today and would like some feedback..

Based on your knowledge of these measuring blocks, do these numbers look ok? I logged the following:

Boost: Requested vs Actual
N75 Duty cycle
Air intake temp
Exhaust gas temp

I did a solid pull from 1800 rpm to 6300 rpm in 3rd gear.

I am Revo k04, TT injectors, Test pipe, and FMIC.

SPS setting are as follows:

Boost 7
Timing 3

running 93 octane

Outside temp was around 83 degrees Faranheight and i'm at sea level if that means anything.

I have logged CF's in the past with current conditions. CF for the most are pretty much zeroed out but i do see 3 to 4.5 rarely on cylinder 4. I can post cf's from a pull this morning if needed.

TIA

Default Thanks for your feedback, could you elaborate as to some factors that would

be contributing to my IAT's "sucking ***"

(edit) also what should IAT's be at?

Default Poor FMIC is biggest factor. With those ambients at sea level....

....you shouldn't see more than 10 degrees Celsius above ambient, really ever. So, you should be topping at MOST at about 38 Celsius, and maybe breaking a 40 at end of the pull.
It's not that you are looking for a perfect IAT, but a good FMIC won't let your IAT ever break the 40 range at sea level with ambient below 30. Plus, seeing how quickly the IAT returns to ambient after a loaded pull is an indicator.
There are some things you can do to help without getting new FMIC, but ultimately, that is the culprit.
With some good venting and heat shielding, I've got my IAT to be always within 7-10 Celsius of ambient even after the hardest pull through 3rd and 4th.
My last logs at 28 Celcius (83F), at sea level, showed highest IAT at about 34 at the end of 4th gear after 3rd and 4th gear pull. They stay within 5-6 C tops of ambient up through 5000rpm, though. This at 21psi on GT28RS.
What psi are you boosting at with the K04?
See the link on some things I did to help. I was running well in to the 40's prior to doing some of these things, so you can help the efficiency of your FMIC some.

Clicky on some FMIC tricks I did

Default Test pipe installed 2 days ago. Yes the belly pan on and I prefer to keep it on, My FMIC

is 2 years old. What does this mean? Do they have a newer version?

Default I Dont have a boost guage. I know I should, When I did have one installed it peaked at 25 psi and

held about 24 psi. Maybe the turbo is working too hard which is generating too much heat form the turbo?

Default I would consider turning boost to 6 and increasing your timing to 6

Your correctional factors are fine and you have room to go. If your FMIC is doing its' job and your running 93 octane you will gain a lot of power by increasing timing.
You can run data logs again and see if it's asking for more boost and timing.
