so for cutting the non sport rear bump stops, its 3/4" right? same for fronts?

I've not compared the fronts.
The sport stops have one less baffle. If you do cut, I'd suggest you cut that one - as the lower and upper pieces have fitment purposes. I paid just under $20 per stop at the dealer.

plus I don't really think they make a difference as that height is determined by the spring... whereas the rear height is determined by the stop (along with the spring), which is why ride quality is an issue.

I still have the non-sport ones if you need measurements, but that probably doesn't help you.
BTW, although it seems that the front bumpstops don't affect ride quality/height, I figured I'd put OEM sport ones in anyway--they're only about 40 bucks more for the fronts and I don't have to worry about possibly having to switch them out later on.
