Default So I've finally put on my summer setup...

I completely forgot how amazingly bright the BBS CHs look on a black car. Summer tires also feel very nice in comparison to my winters.

1. I got the Hitachi 'E' coilpacks installed and snub mount realigned. The idle seems to be a bit smother although that could've been because of the snub mount was re-centered. Haven't noticed any performance changes with the new coils yet.

2. We also noticed a small oil leak from somewhere in the front of the engine. Not sure exactly from where (I'm guessing the bumper will need to be removed to determine the source). We've decided to take care of it when I do my timing belt around October/November.

Here's a list of the things currently wrong with my car (in no particular order):

- minor oil leak
- rattle in driver's side door
- whining fuel pump (thinking of replacing it with a higher flowing Bosch Motorsport one).
- 1st gear synchro needs to be replaced one of these days
- steering rack/steering wheel seems to rattle a bit
- buzzing boost gauge
- squeaky rear seat
- windshield needs replacement (15" crack)
- creaks all around (I'm guessing because of the cracked windshield)
- car needs a detail real bad (scheduled for May the 10th)
- the vibration issue in 4th and 5th (will replace my transmission mount and the driveshaft bearing in June in hopes of fixing it)
- burnt out LED in my driver's side tail light.

Still love it :-)

Default In some sick way, all those sorts of little issues make me love the car that much more

Always something to do--keeps me interested. I would probably get bored otherwise.

I agree, but I've come to terms with that.

There's some truth to that.

Summer mode is the best mode I say. Makes me fall in love with my car all over again.

Exactly. I completely forgot how my car handles and brakes with the summers. Huge difference.
