So..should I lower the car with some H&R Race springs?
Seeing as how the car is riding way too high, and they are sport shocks.

Well..if I'm gonna go aftermarket, I want lower than OEM sport
And I know I'll eventually have to replace teh shocks
I don't mind if they erode quickly, I just don't want a crappy ride now

go Neuspeed Sport springs
you can probably go with your sport shocks and then replace them when they wear out but the ride will not be as good as a matched set of Bilstein or Koni shocks.
