Re: my personal experiences with socal audi dealers...
I bought mine at Keyes, good guys (and gals) work there. If you want low key, no pressure stuff, the guys at Steve Taub in Santa Monica are also good - didn't have an '03 I wanted, but I liked them...

Most of these comments are service related. . .
as are mine because I've just moved here from the east coast. Don't go to Rusnak for service. Have been to Dowtown LA for oil change and it was ok. Went to Beverly Hills for 20,000 service and it was ok but the drive was a b!tch. Newport is also recommended for service.
As for sales, my wife purchased her car from McKenna. It was ok but I prefer a more low-key approach.
I say go to the dealer closest to you, do your homework before visiting, and make it known that you know the competition - both in cars and dealers. . . . I purchased from YBH near Philadelphia and the Audi Brand Specialist was professional, low-key, knew his competition, and earned his sale to me.

Re: socal audi dealers...Auto Gallery...
I just bought my 1.8t yesterday! I'm loving it! Anyway, Glen Fagen took good care of me. I contacted him through email, he gave me a great price and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or so, including dealings with the finance dept.
Took a look at a couple of RS 6s while there, they're still mopping up all my drool.
Another thing about the Auto Gallery, there's nothing like buying a new car with the sound of Ferraris in the backround!
I went with a 2003 1.8t, black/black, premium, sport, zenon, Quattro.
Nice!
Guess I should change my name?

My Commonwealth experience was a-w-f-u-l..
Salesmen seem to be the "used car salesmen" type. Ones that are in it for the buck, with no product knowledge. Salesman literally got upset with me when I pulled out the invoice info from edmunds. I left and bought from Newport (great experience..treated me like another one of their Porsche, Bentley customers) and bought another from Circle Audi in Long Beach. I would have gone back to Newport, but Circle had what I was looking for on the lot. They were wonderful too. The Finance Manager was the nicest I've ever met. Good Luck.

simon sarradine Is a scam artist. Don’t trust this guy or that delearship
simon sarradine is a scam artist and a jerk. Don’t trust him or his dealerships in West Covina . I’m going to sue him for fraud. If you google his name he has other cases against him. Beware!
