Sorry for the dumb question. Keep the A4 or go with used S2000?? Are they pretty beat up if used??

The earlier model years had transmission issues that weren't resolved until later. The rear glass window also didn't come until 2002. Watch out for premature clutch wear as well, especially with a car of this nature.
Other than that, the driving experience of an S2000 is matched by very few other cars in existence!
