I have 152,000 miles on my 02 A4 with GT28rs set up.
I have run NGK Iridum, Platinum and copper.
Since I'm running high timing and boost, (23 psi) I also run two temps. cooler too.
Without a question, the best overall plugs have been the Bosch copper plugs, (FR5DTC). I currently have 33,000 miles on these plugs and they are going strong.
I had miss fires and fowled plugs with Iridums, (and they are twice as expensive as the copper).

Curious to hear what success/failures others have had with plugs on modified cars.

a few thousand miles running stage 1+. My EGT got to high and the ECU dumped fuel, after that I would misfire whenever I was boosting. I switched to NGK coppers(BKR7E) and they worked well with the 1+. When I started injecting meth, I would experience some random misfires, even with the gap taken down to .0026. I'm currently using NGK iridium's (BKR7EIX) with meth and a K04 setup. The power is smooth and strong.
