Default Sport pkg vs Standard wheels?

Hi everyone, I'm looking into buying a 02 but the guy selling it doesn't know the features. Can you tell if it is a sport package or standard based on the wheels and trim the car has? Also, does anyone know how much of a difference the sport suspension compares to the standard? Thanks a bunch!!!

Default The difference is ...

Sport Package:
-has 17" alloy rims
-lower (less wheel gap)
-the springs/suspension is 30% tighter than the regular stock suspension.

For me, the sport suspension makes the car. I think the regular non-sport package suspension is boat-like.

Default Sport suspension is lower than non-sport and has slightly larger rear sway bar. .

Sport wheels are 17", non-sport are 16" or 15".

Post up a pic of the car and we'll tell you.

Default Sure way to tell is to have a peek in the spare tire well and look for the sticker.

I know one of the codes for Sport Pkg is 1BE. Should be located on the right as in the picture:

Default Wheel gap: If you can fit four fingers b/t the front wheel and fender, it's a non-sport

MY2002 sport susp was pretty low...maybe two finger wheel gap

I posted a link to the car on autotrader. It's a really low price (13.5K) and he says that it is in good mechanical condition, but I know that the 60k service has not been done and it now has 73k miles on it. Do any of you think I should be concerned? Thanks again -you guys have been a geat help!<ul><li><a href="http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=208534606&amp;dealer_id=58355869&am p;car_year=2002&amp;num_records=25&amp;search_type =both&amp;make=AUDI&amp;distance=0&amp;transmissio n=Manual&amp;model=A4&amp;make2=&amp;address=80203 &am
