Default is sport suspension option worth it?

i'll be ordering an amulet red A4 Quattro 3.0 6spd, and my question is whether the sports suspension upgrade is worth it? is the additional handling worth the additional "harshness"? or would i be better off going aftermarket for better parts/wheels? the $600 option price sounds reasonable for bigger wheels and suspension

Default Yes it was for me

I had a 99 passat that I spend a ton on just to stiffen and lower the car. Thats why I did not buy another VW

You'll be hard-pressed to find a better aftermarket suspension package for $600.

$600? The sport pack is a $750 option on the 3.0L. Nevertheless, it's a great deal. Do it!

Default But that's only for springs. You'd still be missing the shocks and a stiffer sway bar that comes

with the sport package.

Default Plus the cost of larger wheels and tires to match. Another grand, easy.

Go for the sport package.

Is there a way to upgrade a non-sport to sport
suspension? How does the sport suspension compare
with Eibach/Neuspeed sports springs?

02 A4 1.8TQM (no sport suspension, wondering whether I should've got it...)
