Unless you're in Europe, I don't see why TUV certified would be important.

It may mean that you will pass CA smog check.

I didn't think TUV would be same as CA smog...but like you said, maybe

Default Isn't that why we buy an Audi.. german engineering. so you would think these german companies

that do chips would have a leg up on the american counterparts
