Stability light flashed going around a slow corner... was hardly moving.

I am CVT, not AWD. It's the same symbol that flashes when
you spin tires and activate ESP or traction control. Except I am not spinning wheels... just going around a corner normally or up a driveway.

The sensor's output will go to the stability/ABS system, which I would suspect is
integrated into one control module. The output of that control module activates brakes, and also probably sends a CAN message to the cluster to illuminate some type of driver alert.
