Default If 40 liter/100 km is the limit, that is equal to ~5.88 miles/gallon.

Is the lowest fuel economy displayable low limited to ~<6 mpg? Just curious. I thought it would display lower values.(BTW, 5.88 mpg = 0.17006 gallon/mile = 40 liters/100 kilometers. :&gt )

The wrong software was flashed on my chip. They only put stage 1 instead of stage 1+. This caused the CEL, and the misreading of the MPG. Now I can sleep.

Default Common with 02's and some early 03's

I had the same problem. APR claimed the problem was with my car and not their software. I was running Genesis injectors(even though the problem still existed with tt225's), so APR offered no support. After replacing almost everything, I decided to start tweaking with Lemmiwinks. After a dozen or so logs and hours of tweaking, the car ran almost perfect.

Lemmiwinks? What's that all about? And was it worth the time you put into it? I'm having a guy at the dealer look at it tomorrow. He's modified my dad's 911, he can be trusted. ECS tuning didn't seem too worried about my problems. Plus I sat there for THREE hours while they fixed their f-up of not flashing the right program to begin with. And all I got was this lousy CEL.

Default Some info for you....

Lemmiwinks is a free program that you use to change settings stored in the ECU, like adding primary fuel to compensate for your lean condition. The program connects to your Audi the same was as VAG-COM, through your diagnostic port, though some people have a hard time connecting with the current Ross-tech USB cable...You might need a cheap(eBay) USB or an old skool serial cable....
Lemmiwinks allows you to modify a bunch of setting, resist the urge, and focus on the primary fuel setting. Shoot me an email for a better explanation of what to tweak to get you car running good, I will save you from a lot of "trial and error" tweaking.

Lemmiwinks

Good lookin out. I actually took the car to the dealer today. My MAF sensor was bad. They fixed it but said the system was still running too lean. CEL light hasn't come back on yet (knocking on wood) and they said the car is mechanically sound - the problem is obviously in the chip software.

Default Yep...

Like I said, it's common. Through all my searching I have found about 20 AW/AZ members with the same issue. I wish I had this info 3 years ago, I would have went with another chip. Let me know when you get set up with lemmiwinks and I will send you my settings.
Good luck...
